Response from OCFT of putting HEG on the TVPRA List

Below is the response from Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking (OCFT) in the Bureau of International Labor Affairs, United States Department of Labor to our submission regarding child labor in the factory producing electronics in China--HEG, Samsung's supplier factory. They have carefully reviewed our submission and have put HEG on the list of Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) 2012.
