Department of Labor responds to death of Chinese child worker

In June, CLW exposed the death of a child worker at a factory called Jinchuan Electronics in China, which produces motherboards for ASUS. Shortly after this tragedy, CLW reported the matter to the U.S. Department of Labor. Download a copy of the letter.
