Today, April 25, 2014, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., China Labor Watch (CLW) and Green America carried out a protest on the sidewalk in front of Apple's flagship retail store in Manhattan near Central Park.
Handing out flyers, making speeches, asking for signatures, and yelling chants, the protesters gained the attention of passerbyers and Apple consumers walking in and out of the store.
About five private security personnel, including a man with what looked to be a trained dog, joined four police officer to observe the protesters for the one-hour extent of the action.
