ACFTU (All-China Federation of Trade Unions) General-Secretary Guo Jun said on Monday (Feb 2) that some companies are arranging laborers to work a dozen or more hours per day, rarely getting time off. Some private companies, including small- and mid-sized companies, have not implemented paid leave systems.
